OUR HISTORY
James L Pearce, PE, Esq., after a twenty five year career as a civil engineer, established James L Pearce, Attorney at Law, PA in 2009 following collapse of the real estate market at the height of the short sale and foreclosure era. The firms focus was to assist homeowners with negotiating loan modifications or short selling the property. Since that time the firm has grown and developed into a boutique law firm providing legal counseling in the areas of Real Estate, Construction, Business, and Estate Planning.

Mr Pearce was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2003 while still working at his career as a professional engineer. He started this firm in 2009 making a life long dream come true. His knowledge and expertise as a professional engineer has been invaluable in growing the firm in the areas of real estate and construction.
